		<description><![CDATA[The NSW governemnt has announced it will cease giving stamp duty benefits to first home buyers of second-hand properties as of 1 January 2012.
First home buyers may still receive a $7,000.00 cash grant (if eligible) but will have to purchase  new properties to be eligible for stamp duty assistance.
