LOW COST CONVEYANCING

We can act for you in the purchase or sale of a property for a fee of $990.00 – purchase – or $880.00 – sale – (plus 3rd party disbursements and GST).  Please contact us by telephone or email with the details of your transaction  and we’ll be happy to give you a detailed quote and discuss the process with you on a no-cost, obligation free basis.

NOT MADE YOUR LOAN CHOICE YET?

If you are still in the market for a loan (or just want a second option to consider) ask us about obtaining a loan through RAMS Sydney South East.  (Available for properties anywhere in NSW).   We look after many of RAMS’ clients and can offer, if you are not yet a RAMS client:

• a reduced fee for your conveyancing matter;
• a guaranteed zero application fee;
• the personal attention of the Branch Manager (Ken Wilson) to handle your loan; and
